Carlsberg LDP Phase 2 Project

Lao Brewery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1973 as a joint-venture between Lao government and Carlsberg Group. Beer Lao brewery will purchase a new land in Laos for warehousing extension due to market business growth. The 35m high bay automotive warehouse with 48,000 pallets will be set at this new land, footprint is around 12,000 sqm. This will be the 1st ASRS warehouse of Carlsberg Group in Aisa. BMP as the long-term and reliable partner of Carlsberg Group, provide the Conception design, detail design and purchasing services. This project is the new beginning of BMP’s oversea project in Southeast-Asia.

Grand Opening Ceremony Of Schunk Shanghai New Facility

Lasted almost 10 months, with the efforts of BMP team, a stunning new look of the old factory of Schunk Shanghai which located in Minhang was shown to the public. Base on the scientifical structural assessment and the professional design that combined with practicality and aesthetics, BMP delivered successful service on this renovation and facade refurbishment project. After renovation, the total construction area of the new factory is around 4684 sqm, perfectly meets the needs of expanded capacity. On Sept. 26, 2024, Schunk (Shanghai) held a grand opening ceremony at it’s rebuilt beautiful factory and expressed their appreciation to BMP team.

Grand Opening Of Carlsberg Foshan Brewery

On August 28, the Carlsberg Group, which is one of the world’s three largest brewing group, officially opened its 27th brewery in Foshan, Guangdong province of China. This brewery is labeled several “The First” at Carlsberg Group. The First R&D center in addition to European center was set-up here. The first “Sponge Brewery” invested by Carlsberg Group. This innovative approach by taking advantage of abundant rainfall in Guangdong region to collect and treat rainwater to irrigate landscaping, workshop cleaning, and non-contact production processes. The first “Full air conditioning” brewery with high efficiency cooling system and other environmental aspects of the brewery include a solar-panel system, EMS and BMS system, etc. BMP is so proud to have participated in this remarkable project as the Designer and Project management provider. By working together with the client and all parts for more than 30 months, BMP team won the appreciation and respect by all of them. Let’s congratulate Carlsberg Group to achieve more brilliant success in China and we’re looking forward to next cooperations with Carlsberg.

Successful Handover of Arcolor Quzhou Factory

On July 19th, BMP once again successfully handed over a greenfield project. The new plant is located at Quzhou of Zhejiang Province and invested by Arcolor Group. It’s the first owned facility by Arcolor in China and the annual output will be 15,000 Tons of water-based lnk. This greenfield has a total construction area of about 10,000 square meters, including factory, office and warehouse. BMP provided the full EPC-Turn-Key service, incl design and construciton, from concept design until handover. The mutual trust and support led to the success of the project. We wish the business of Arcolor is booming in China and Global market and we do believe the prosperity of the client are the momentum that can support us to go on.
