1. College degree or above in architecture or related majors

2. Modest, aggressive, responsible and innovative personality

3. Intermediate level of spoken and written English and Chinese

4. Proficient in the use of Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop and relevant design software, a solid grasp of basic professional knowledge, familiar with the basic specifications of this major, have a strong enquirying mind

5. Bear hardships and stand hard work, good at communication, with a good team spirit and strong sense of service

6. Excellent interns can be preferred as permanent employees

7. Can have a full-time internship for more than three months, ensure abundant full-time internship duration
