Is developed and constructed by Shandong Hua'an Auto Culture Development Co., Ltd. and is located at the intersection of Weizhou Road and Bama Road, Fangzi District, Weifang City, Shandong. The total land area is about 2,600 acres and the total planned building area is about 2.3 million square meters. The overall plan is to build the one-stop automotive aftermarket modern service industry trade cluster. The construction drawing shows the Phase I with the total building area of 279,000 square meters.
