项目力求为市民提供一处商业购物、酒店、休闲一体化的公共环境。总图形态构成上，本案景观水系以线性构成为主，线性曲折的形态形成凹凸的平台，产生丰富的空间层次，通过高差变化，展现出现代感十足的居住、购物、休闲等都市生活概念。
